One organized list for your property
Firm Foundation Builders works with homeowners, realtors and property managers on punch-list repairs and remodeling. For listing preparation, inspection repair items or a rental turnover, share the whole list so related tasks can be reviewed together.
Include these details in your request
- Your name, company and preferred contact method.
- Property address and city, and whether the property is occupied.
- A room-by-room repair list, photos and relevant inspection items.
- Your target listing, closing or tenant move-in date.
- Who approves the scope and payment, and how access can be arranged.
- Any vendor onboarding, documentation or invoice requirements.
Please arrange access directly with us rather than placing door or lockbox codes in the initial form.
Work we can discuss
Drywall repairs, painting, trim, doors, flooring, cabinets and related home repairs, as well as kitchens, bathrooms and larger remodeling. Share specialist inspection items for scope review; a repair estimate is separate from a home inspection.
Review the plan before work begins
Discuss the written scope, materials, preparation, cleanup and exclusions. FFB collects 50% down, with the remainder due at job completion. Scheduling must be confirmed before relying on a deadline. Additional work, price and timing changes should be reviewed and approved in writing.
At completion, review the agreed repair list and identify any remaining items. For repeat property needs, tell us how your team prefers to coordinate requests and documentation.
