Room transitions, stairs, cabinets, door clearance and baseboards affect installation. Bring approximate room measurements and photos. Tell us which rooms connect and whether the same flooring will run throughout.

Choose the product carefully

Compare manufacturer requirements, wear layer, texture, color and installation method. Water resistance varies by product and does not replace moisture control. Ask how furniture moving, trim and disposal will be handled.

What affects LVP flooring installation cost?

Room size, removal of existing flooring, subfloor repairs, transitions, trim and the selected product all affect the scope. Share room measurements and photos so the estimate can distinguish installation from preparation.

Can luxury vinyl plank go over an existing floor?

That depends on the existing surface, flatness, moisture and the flooring manufacturer's requirements. The floor should be evaluated before assuming that an overlay is suitable.

How do I choose LVP for kitchens and busy rooms?

What happens after you request a consultation?

Start with your name, email and project city. A detailed plan or finished material selection is not needed to make the first inquiry. If you have photos, text them to 417-827-6661 with your name and city.

1. Explain the goal. Tell us what needs to change, what is not working and any timing or access constraints.
2. Discuss the scope. We can clarify the work you are asking about and discuss whether further photos, measurements or a site visit are needed.
3. Review your written estimate. Confirm the work, materials, preparation, cleanup and exclusions before approving the project. FFB collects 50% down, with the remainder due at job completion. Confirm your schedule and access arrangements with us before relying on a start date.

Changes and completion: If you want additional work or conditions change the scope, discuss the added work, price and schedule with us and obtain written approval before it proceeds. At completion, review the agreed work together and identify any remaining items.
