- Review your written estimate. Confirm the work, materials, preparation, cleanup and exclusions before approving the project. FFB collects 50% down, with the remainder due at job completion. Confirm your schedule and access arrangements with us before relying on a start date.
Changes and completion: If you want additional work or conditions change the scope, discuss the added work, price and schedule with us and obtain written approval before it proceeds. At completion, review the agreed work together and identify any remaining items.
